This Privacy Policy explains how HirePersonalTrainer (operated by InfiniSearches Pty Ltd, ABN: 88 694 044 249) (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services (the “Service”).

• Account information: name, email address, and other details you provide when creating or managing an account.
• Profile information: profile text, photos, service details, locations, and preferences you choose to publish.
• Usage information: pages viewed, interactions, device/browser data, and log information.
• Payments: payment status and one-time payment identifiers from our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).

First-party usage statistics. To understand which pages are useful and to improve search and performance, our own servers count page views, the type of referring site (for example “search engine”), device type, language and country (derived from our content delivery network, not from precise location), search terms typed into our search, “page not found” errors, page-speed measurements and clicks such as revealing a professional’s contact details. This measurement sets no cookies and stores no IP address or identifier: to count unique daily visitors we keep a one-way hash of the IP address and browser type, salted with a random value that changes every day and is deleted within two days, so visits cannot be linked across days or back to a person. Only daily totals are kept, for up to 24 months. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal, these statistics are not collected.
